One schedule does not suit every unit
Service frequency depends on daily operating hours, dust, pets, occupancy and how critical the room is. A home unit used only at night has different needs from an office unit running throughout the day.
Use records instead of guesswork
Record service dates, symptoms, completed work and replaced components. These records help reveal fault patterns and support more accurate maintenance planning.
- Homes: reassess every three to six months.
- Offices: consider more frequent servicing for daily use.
- Critical premises: build a plan around each unit and operating schedule.
