Service enquiry data
The form may collect your name, phone number, email, area, property type, service and message. This information is used to review the enquiry, contact you, prepare a quotation and manage an appointment or job when agreed.
Attribution and campaigns
The website may store the landing page, referrer, UTM values and Google click identifiers with a lead record. This helps GenPlus measure campaigns that produce real customers. These values are not displayed on public pages.
Analytics and advertising
Optional cookies are divided into Analytics and Advertising. Both categories are denied by default and enabled only after a choice is made. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, full addresses, messages and internal customer IDs are not sent in analytics events.
Google Maps content
Displayed ratings and reviews may be obtained through the Google Places API. That content is subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and the Google Privacy Policy.
Choices and enquiries
You can accept all, reject optional cookies or change your choice through the cookie button on the website. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent service form submission. For data enquiries, contact info@genplus.my.
